A 5K Run/Walk with a Fun Run for children 10 & under to raise money for community events, sponsorships and scholarships through The Rotary Club of Mt. Pleasant.
Purpose: From providing community grants for the Isabella Soup Kitchen, Children’s Discovery Museum and local scholarships for high school students to supporting international epidemics like clean water in Zambia and polio eradication worldwide, funds generated from the Rotary Run 5K will be put towards increasing support to projects just like these. Registration: Runners are encouraged to pre-register before June 15th for $25. Late registration after June 15th will be $30. Shirts are guaranteed for those pre-registered by June 15th. Shirts are not guaranteed for those registered after June 15th. Post-Race Refreshments will be provided.
Fun Run: Registration is $10 for all children 10 and under. This includes a grab bag, medal and refreshments. No shirt is included. The Fun Run will be at 6:10 p.m. prior to the 5K Run/Walk.

5K awards: 5K Run Awards to top 3 in each age group: 14 & Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. Awards to overall top three walkers. The race is chip timed.
